THE PROBLEM
Most hitters need to learn how to use their body to get the most out of it.
They slide forward instead of turning.
The hips stop early. The barrel shows up late and weak. Thatβs a long swing. The arms go get the ball because the shoulders never delivered the barrel.
You see it every season. The kid who crushes BP rolls over to short in the game.
Taking more swings with that same move just locks it in deeper.
These 4 drills and 1 bonus tip teach your swing to rotate and use the ground better for more consistent hard contact. Then you take that rotation into front toss and live speed, so it holds up when the ball is coming in hot.
When the body turns, the shoulder connection delivers the barrel. Thatβs what short to the ball actually is. Not shorter arms. A better turn.
Β
I built this with one of the best hitting minds in baseball.
Donnie Ecker was Baseball America's 2021 MLB Coach of the Year with the Giants.
He was the offensive coordinator for the 2023 World Series champion Texas Rangers.
Right now he's the bench coach for the Baltimore Orioles.
This program is what we'd both hand a hitter who wants more rotation and more power.
He's one of the most progressive hitting coaches I've ever been around. And one of the best people.
We built this together around how the body turns, because that's where most swings kill their peak power potential.
Fix that, and you get more consistent hard contact.
WHY IT HOLDS UP IN GAMES
Why it works at game speed
Most drills die in the cage. They feel great off a tee and disappear once the ball gets fast.
This program runs the same drills, cues, and feels through all 3 stages: tee, front toss, then machine or BP.
So your body learns to make the move under speed and pressure. That's the version that shows up on Friday night.
It trains your body to turn connected instead of standing there and throwing.
Most hitters push their hands because they're still trying to figure out how to move. The body isn't rotating, so the hands take over. It's a survival move.
For parents
You're already paying for lessons, travel ball, and bats.
This is the piece that makes every one of those swings count.
20 minutes in the backyard or the cage, a few days a week. You'll see it in how the ball comes off the bat.
One dad saw 6 mph more bat speed. Another watched the hits go over the outfielders instead of to them.
The swing stops looking a little off and starts looking like it should.

QUESTIONS
Questions hitters and parents ask.
How much time does it take?
About 20 minutes, 3 to 5 days a week.
What do I need?
A bat, a tee, a 4β10 lb medicine ball, and someone to toss. A machine helps but isn't required.
What age is this for?
8u and up. Younger hitters pick up the move faster. Older hitters get the most power out of it.
Does it work for softball?
Yes. The move is the same. If the hitter is pushing instead of turning, this is the fix.
Is this the same as the High School Hitter Playbook?
No. The Playbook covers the whole path to college. This program is only about rotation and power in the swing.
What if it's not for us?
Run it for 3 weeks. If you're not turning better and hitting it harder, email me for a full refund. You keep everything.
